Are Bahía Beach Guest Passes Included?

Yes! All of our properties include a $100 a day resort pass to enjoy the amenities of Bahia Beach for all the guests in the reservation.

Does the reservation include a golf cart?

Yes! All of our properties include a golf cart to freely move around the resort.

Is there a mini market available in Bahía Beach?

No, currently there is not a mini market available. We can arrange grocery shopping for a separate fee. We also send a list of suggested grocery stores on the way from the airport and nearby, outside of Bahia Beach.

Are there washer and dryer available in the unit?

Yes! All of our properties count with washer and dryer inside the unit and an initial laundry detergent.

Are the beach towels available?

Yes! We provide beach towels. These are to use at Las Verandas pool (for the villas) and at the houses’ private pools. Bahia Beach provides towels at the Beach and Beach Club pools.

Are there toiletries provided?

The properties come with an initial first kit of toiletries.

Is during stay cleaning available?

Yes! We can arrange for during stay cleaning for a separate fee.

Are there transportation services available for booking?

Yes, we will send a booklet including a list of suggested drivers and different transportation services so you can book them directly.

Can someone help us with restaurants and sports reservations?

Yes! After the booking is made, Bahia Beach concierge is available to help make on-site reservations.

Are there off-site tours and off-site restaurants information?

You’ll receive a booklet with the villa’s and resort’s general info. It will include suggestions for on-site and off-site venues and services that can be booked directly with the vendors.

Can I have additional services as chefs, nannies, butlers, trainers, nail specialists, stylists, etc. to provide services at the property?

Yes! You will find these and many more information at the welcome booklet provided at the time of the reservation. It will include suggestions for on-site and off-site venues and services that can be booked directly with the vendors.

Is there a gym available?

Yes! There is a full state-of-the-art fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, elliptical machines, exercise bikes, wights, treadmills, Pilates equipment and more.

What are the restaurants available at Bahía Beach?

Yes! Bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and fishing equipment are available and complimentary with the Bahia Beach Resort Passes included in the reservation.

Yes! Bahia Beach Concierge can assist with golf and tennis reservations.

Can we book water sports activities?

Yes! Bahia Beach Concierge can assist with water sports activities and reservations.

How far away is Bahía Beach from the airport?

Bahía Beach is about 40 min away from San Juan Airport. If you are looking to go out of the property and visit off-site locations, we recommend you rent a car at the airport. You can make reservations in advance. Our units count with private parking spaces.
You can also take a taxi or Uber from the airport to Bahia Beach (about $80 one way).

Do we have access to the St. Regis Hotel?

For all residences at Bahia Beach Resort, the St. Regis pool area is unavailable (different from Bahia Beach pools).
The St. Regis’ restaurant restricts reservations for non-guests when the hotel is at full capacity.
This is a St. Regis Hotel policy for ALL units at Bahia Beach. If another property manager tells you other way, they are not being upfront accurate.

Do I need a passport to come to Puerto Rico?

No, a passport is not needed to travel to Puerto Rico from the United States. You will need a current passport and U.S. Visa if you are visiting from outside the United States.

Payment and
Cancellation Policy

Payment

To confirm booking a deposit payment of 50% of the Total Rent (the “Deposit”) is due within 24 hours of executing the rental agreement. The remaining payment should be fulfilled 30 days before the check-in date (60 days for high season). If the Property is booked less than 30 days before check-in (60 days for high season), total payment should be deposited within 24 hours of executing this Agreement.

Refunds

Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking if the Property was booked up to 30 days before check-in (60 days for high season), Fifty percent refund of the deposit (25% total rent) will be reimbursed if the cancellation is made 30 days before check-in (60 days for high season) and 24-hour after the booking. No refunds will be provided on cancellations made within 30 days before check in (60 days for high season). The Guest hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall cover any wires fees related to this refund. No other refunds will be given after this period.

Cancellation by Guest

Guest may cancel the reservation but must do so in writing via email. NO REFUND will be issued if the cancellation is made within 30 days before check-in (60 days for high season). Full refund shall be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking if the booking was made up to 30 days (60 days for high season) before the check-in date. A fifty percent refund of the Deposit (i.e. 25% total rent) will be reimbursed if the cancellation is made 30 days (60 days for high season) before check-in and after the 24-hour passed booking window.

Hurricane Policy

If a hurricane warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center for the Puerto Rico area, within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date, you may reschedule or cancel your reservation without any cancellation or change fees imposed by Luxe Properties PR LLC.

If you have products and services provided by third-party suppliers included in your vacation—such as air transportation, hotels, car rental agencies, dining reservations, external services, or travel insurance companies—you will continue to be responsible for any non-refundable payments, as well as cancellation or change fees assessed by those suppliers.
